Our Team
Ric and Chris Raynor
Both Rick and Chris have a passion for animals and have raise animals since they were kids. Their passion for bull terriers started with rescues and fosters. In 2000, they became involved in showing and confirmation of bull terriers. They have been members of the Mini Bull Terrier Club of Southern California, Bull Terrier Club of Central Arizona, and The Mini Bull Terrier Club of America of which they were both members of the Board of Directors. Both Rick and Chris are retired and spend their time helping bull terrier rescue. Rick also makes prize trophies and pendants for the bull terrier clubs.
Tina Chicola
Tina is not new to the bull terrier world. Her first bull Terrier was with her for 12 years and from that moment forward her love and devotion for the breed has blossomed. She has become more involved in rescue over the years. One bull Terrier that particularly motivated her heart was Hubble. Hubble was seized by Las Vegas Animal Control in September of 2015. He and several other dogs were chained, starving, maggot infested and near death. Hubble was taken in by NMDOG an Albuquerque New Mexico dog rescue and the campaign for justice for Hubble began. Even though Hubble only lived for 21 days after being rescued, he touched the lives of so many and raised awareness of animal abuse through the #HUBBLESTRONG campaign. Over the years Tina has never forgotten Hubble. She joined Helping Bull Terriers Worldwide to continue the struggle against animal abuse and remain #HUBBLESTRONG!
Bonnie Wicklund-Derrick
Bonnie is not only a bull terrier lover, but she is also an avid gardener. She was a member of the Seal Rock Garden Club until she moved to North Carolina. She held several positions during her membership including President and Vice President. She also served on several of the club’s committees.
Bonnie currently has 2 bull terriers, Mr. Hobbs and Stella. She was interested in the breed after seeing Willie from the movie Patton and Meatball from the TV show Black Sheep. She fell in love with the breeds quirky behavior and boisterous attitude. She and her husband Sean have been involved in bull terrier rescue for years and have recently began transporting rescues to forever homes.
